NEC 277
We design this small compact moulded Alternator Voltage Regulator gen set which can be easily mounted on any part of control panel. The unique part of this is that an elegant name plate with nomenclature to connect the AVR to the alternator without any difficulty. It is an economical unit. NEC 727
We design this AVR to be used for all brushless alternators up to 1000 KVA of Kirloskar, NGEF and Stamford. Apart from that it can also be used with any other alternator with D.C pilot exciter. The unique feature of the NEC 727 is that the adjustment knobs provided in the front panel are Voltage Adjustment, Drop Adjustment, Single/ Parallel provision and On/Off Switch. We do have the unique facility of output rating and time constant which can be adjusted to different alternator parameters. Apart from that we do have elegant name plate for easy connections at the back and controls on the front panel. These AVR find their application in for all brushless alternators above 1000 KVA and alternator with pilot D.C excitor. On the other hand we also designed to take all thyristor loads up to 30 %. The unique feature of this unit is that it is capable of running in parallel with other alternator and grid with little modification and adjustments by adding H.T step down transformer. We can also use this unit on H.T alternator and has other facilities like over excitation current cut-off, over voltage cut-off, over frequency cut-off.
